Overloaded vs time-outs

A time out and rest needed
to gain perspective
and new vantage points
to rebalance
and restore me
for I was feeling like I was chasing targets
and rushing for so much
without being able to catch my breath
catchup and know where I was going
breaking the norm
breaking the daily routine
and make time for ME
care of the self
that which so easily gets neglected
too easily I think

gaining direction
gaining ME
appreciating loved ones
appreciating what is
using what is and defining myself
in the way I am meant to be
